We want you to love the pieces you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase on aStudio1980, you can return the item(s) for store credit or exchange. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We don't accept returns after the 7 days period.
Please note: We ask that all returned items be returned in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept worn or damaged items. If a worn or damaged item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you. If you have any other questions about returns, please feel free to contact us at CustomerService@astudio1980.com
In case you receive a damaged item, please inform us through email on CustomerService@astudio1980.com and we will send a replacement.
You can exchange an item with any other item available. If you're asking for an exchange of equal or lesser value, we'll send your replacement item(s) at no charge. If you’re asking for an exchange of greater value, we will need your payment information to charge you the balance, with the shipping charges covered by us. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you aStudio1980 credit instead. If you do not want the credit, you can email us and change it out for a different item(s).
Replacement will be shipped after the original item has been received in the warehouse, subject to the following conditions:
- (i) The item(s) should be unused.
- (ii) The packaging should have the original tags in place.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
